    Hi all,

I just bought a new 1794 only few weeks ago and with new fox 2.5 coilovers and soon to be new BFGs, I have been lovin it. However, recently, when I try to play music via bluetooth, my music will speed up and then skip/stop and then speed up and then skip/stop again. Like wth is that?

Also, when on the phone with someone via bluetooth, my truck will randomly hang up on whoever I am speaking too - VERY bad for clients as an attorney. I am relying on my truck to not make silly mistakes such as these.

I was hoping it was my phone, but my phone works just fine with any other bluetooth device.

Anyone else have this issue? If so, what can I do to remedy this? Quite disappointed.

    Thanks in advance.

Remove the pairing from both your phone and the radio then re-pair them. This might help. I’ve had to do this after updates messed it up before.

Okay, I will try that. What updates? The phone updates?

Yes. Some iPhone updates would cause weird issues with the radio. Removing and re-pairing fixed it. My radio had updated a couple of times too, but those would prompt automatically when I turned on the truck. I never checked or forced a radio update.

If you want, you can check here for version and updates though.

Tim is correct, remove and re-pair. Your truck is a couple years newer than my 2016, but I have had to remove and re-pair a few times. Oddly, it seems like there are issues when my phone has updates or changes. I have not ever seen my stereo update or anything.
