My tail lights on passenger side are not working. Blinker does work. I put in new bulbs and replaced a fuse, 7.5 amps. (rear tail and tow) The fuse box was under the hood, not the one under steering wheel area. It appears there may be a few more fuses out on the same block as the 7.5. Have not replaced any relays in the fuse box.
Any suggestion or commits are welcomed.

Did you push the bulb and the plug all the way in?? That would be my first move... You say you have multiple fuses out?? did you use something metallic to remove the bulbs?? swapping bulbs shouldn't cause a mass die off of fuses, just trying to make sense of that statement... Was there something that happened before the tail light went out??
