Has anyone found a cheap way to replace the fram spacers from the skid plate. I misplaced mine during install...

Are you talking about the sleeves or the steel tabs? You should be able to get steel sleeves from your local Ace Hardware. If not, you can likely get shorter spacers up to 1/2" thick at Ace and stack them. You can also likely get matching steel strap to the thickness and width of the tabs. Cut to length, drill a hole.

Toyota has a service hardware kit part # PT938-34140-HW for the skid plate. Seems to include all mounting parts.
