2017 Tundra SR5 CrewMax TRD

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20, and I have intermittent challenges with my 2017 Tundra syncing Contacts with my phone? Anyone familiar with this issue? I even took it to the local dealership where they supposedly did an update to the Tundra software, but it didn't resolve the issue. I've read somewhere that it may be a compatibility issue...the 2017 Tundra perhaps hasn't caught up to the latest Galaxy version???
