Cross Member Rust-Remedy

    so as you can see in the pic the front cross member was cut to install the 6 inch RC lift.
    RC doesn't package a cap to cover the wound. I do live in a salt prone state (winter).
    Short of seeing a welder what is best over the counter products to prevent rust, etc?IMG_1090.jpg

    A little of this and a little of that.
    I'd file it down smooth and paint it. Then apply Fluid film to the underneath of your truck.

    Can this be had from dvance auto or Auto zone?

    Any foam hardening products recommended?

    I don't foresee going off-roading ....... maybe once but not to get submerged.

    X2. file/sand it a bit, paint it, then spray it with Fluid Film, or the MavCoat that we offer.
