I am looking to purchase basically brand new OEM TRD Off Road (18”) wheels and tires. What would you consider is a good price?

I have a brand new set (pulled off a 2021 upon delivery) available for $1100, thoughts?

People sell them here for half that on occasion. Sensors not usually included, and usually a without tires. I might be remembering wrong, and if I am somebody will correct me.

So with brand new set of tires included would you consider this a good or bad price?

These have no TPMS included either. Does anyone know if I can take my current TPMS sensors and have them installed? What would that cost and if not how much do new ones cost?

Seems a little high to me also. I have seen these 700-800 as new takeoffs without TPMS. Was considering selling mine without tires and wasn't going anywhere near that cost.

Does your truck need tires or are you just wanting wheels? For $1100 you can get a nice set of methods, icons, etc.

I bought those same TRD wheels for $250 with no tires. I see them on craiglist all the time for under $500.

That is a little on the high side for what gets sold here, but if they aren't a forum member I doubt they will go much lower. Most of the time forum members sell in the 500-700 range to help out other members. If you like the wheels and are happy with the condition and it's easy for you to acquire (not driving many hours each way) I don't think you would have anything to regret.

The TPMS sensor has only a few variations I believe. If you already have upgraded wheels your sensors will probably work. But if you have the base stock wheels I don't believe they fit.

Price is high for here and likely local. No one would touch them for that price here. You may be able to get it locally, but I doubt it. You'll get offers of 30-40% less.

As for TPMS, I just had mine done. They tried to charge me $11/tire for 3 seconds of work....I said nope and got the charge reversed. I did have to pay $4/sensor for an "install kit", which was a new o-ring and nut.

I bought a set for $900... I later sold the wheels for $300 and the 4 tires for $400 after a few thousand miles.. I would think they should be under a grand for a good deal.. realistically closer to $800 or under.

IMG_2468.jpg Needing winter wheels I picked up a set this fall I paid $1100 in Canadian dollars with tire's and censers for brand new take off's
Sold the tire's for $650 so only have $450 in the wheels......think you probably can get a better price.

I bought a set of brand new takeoffs for $200 with no tires or TPMS. That's probably on the low end, but if you're patient you can find a cheaper set with tires or a set with no tires and just throw your own on.

Found a set for $1100, sounds like from everyone’s input this is a bit high even for new take offs

    It's all market related.

Nothing comes up in my area and I mean nothing.

If you want them and are comfortable with the price, go for it.

its not way up there. I sold a set from a sport for 800 without sensors...so very similar. But If I really wanted those tires..I would pay 1,000.

Right now I have a set of tires and wheels with sensors and less than 20 miles on them from my 2021 off road tacoma for 800 and nobody has been interested yet.
