I just got the blacked-out Tundra Crewmax TRD Pro. I'd been driving a 2010 F150 Platinum for 8 years, which is now my son's truck.

First thing I did when I got the F150 was put a K&N CAI and a Magnaflow exhaust on it with a superchip tune. Loved it! It really rumbled and was pretty quick. Thinking of doing something similar to the Tundra. My Tundra came with factory duel exhaust and sounds decent. I know I will eventually want it a little deeper and louder, but nothing too aggressive. And I don't want the droning I got (and lived with) in the F150.

If anyone has had great results from an aftermarket exhaust, I'd appreciate hearing your experience and recommendations.

Check out Dirty Deeds, seems to be the go to in these parts when it comes to Toyota exhaust and performance.

Ditto on DD exhausts- best for our Tundras- actually give some performance improvement and sound great.

Tundras do not benefit from aftermarket intakes- save your $ and use it for another upgrade.

Oh, and in case you were not aware- do a search of beast mode- and then take your son for a ride in the truck :burnrubber:

Ditto on the Dirty Deeds recommendation. Keith will hook you up with what level of raspiness you want. Welcome from Pennsylvania!

I looked on their site. I'm very interested in the Standard Budget System. If I'm looking at this right, this system allows me to bolt on the stock tailpipes, which is perfect for my application.

Exactly, I was able to do it myself with just the removal of 6 bolts. Very easy. Best mod I did so far, puts a grin on the face each time I start it up. Wife just shakes her head.

If you are in Texas, I would interested in your Pro exhaust. My standard Tundra single system is okay. I like a little rumble of the TRD Pro exhaust. Lol

As promised. I took her into the woods yesterday, so she's a little dirty. But she handled the mud, ruts and Florida sugar sand pretty well.
