Will a 2018 Tundra engine and transmission bolt right up to a 2010 Tundra ?

The 4.6L and 5.7L are the same block, so that aspect along with the transmission should be okay. The other consideration would be 4x4 vs 2x4 because if you are including the the transfer case on a 4x4, they would be different with those model years. I don't know if the mounting points are identical. I suspect that you'd want as many of the control electronics from the donor vehicle as well, particularly if one or the other were a Flex Fuel Vehicle.
