I am getting a pulsing buzz/vibration in the gas pedal and steering wheel right at 60mph. It’s very light but noticeable. If I put the truck in 4hi (at around 45-50) the vibration can be felt as well. Would this be the needle bearing issue? I thought the vibration would normally go away when the truck is put in 4hi? Truck is a completely stock 2015 Limited Crewmax with 90k miles. I have an appointment at the dealer next week but wanted to get any input from you guys. I am thinking ECGS, but like I said the vibration is there in 4wd.

The needle bearing issue usually goes away in 4wd and is present at slower speeds in 2wd. Have you rebalanced or rotated your tires?

No, but why would it get more pronounced in 4wd if it were the tires?

Try checking or re torquing your UCA’s. If they are a little loose you won’t necessarily feel it at lower speeds but will get some vibrations at highway speeds depending on how loose they might be.

Brought it to Toyota, rear right wheel bearing was bad. Vibration is gone.
