Just sucks I have only 21 gallons, towing my TT TH, we have to fuel up every 2 hours LOL. Glad my TH has a 30 gallon fuel station, for emergency.

That's the one thing I love about it. I get close to 500 miles per tank. I don't have to fill up during the week. I drive 64 miles round trip to work every day. We were not looking to get a camper when I bought the truck. I'm looking at 3/4 ton trucks this week. They have 3 times the pay load I have now. The gassers are selling for just a couple thousand more for what I paid for my Tundra.

I have never heard of a Tundra with a 21 gallon tank. Standard since 2007 has been 26 and IDK when they made the 38 an option. Your fuel light comes on and the range prob shows 0 miles right around 21 gallons as that is about what I put in at those same readings.

Works if you don't put anything else in the truck or bed.

Based on a previous post I quoted, loaded with the fam the weights you gave you would have approximately 200#s to play with. With this scale reading it looks like you are closer to max then those estimates.

That said something else to keep in mind...If you add larger tires, helper springs/air bags/etc..., lift kit, you name it...it is going to shrink that number and you will probably find yourself well over payload.
