I love the black with the silver trd stickers and red sway bars. That's the truck I wanted but I chickened out and got white cause I live on a dirt road and no cement to wash it. Looks sweet.

Nice! I’m in Rancho but work over at Patton. Totally recognize your neighborhood, you’re right at the bottom of 330. I’ll have to give you a honk and a wave if I catch your truck out there. Where did you go to get your work done? SoCal super trucks?

Exactly! Hope to see you around.

I actually did every single mod myself. My hands and back hate me for it but it turned out okay. Nice truck by the way!

I really dig your wheels too. When I was looking into my wheel/tire upgrade I was pretty much only shopping 17’s, so I wasn’t too familiar with all the 18” choices.

Nothing cool about a lowered truck. At least not on my side of town.

Keep posting pics of your Sport trucks. I love the looks of these trucks and think they are perfect for driving them as they are, or for modding. Right there with the PRO, and IMHO, better for modding.

FC9EFA17-2A96-4438-8C03-2EA8D4F04175.jpg Hey I’m loving them so far (about 1000 miles on them), and they’re quiet. Still haven’t taken them in the snow or off road, was supposed to go up to Big Bear last weekend but plans got canceled. My neighbor works for Kenda, he claims they’re right up there with the KO2’s.
Here’s a nice view now that we got snow in Baldy!

Lots of good memories hiking Mt. Baldy, thanks for sharing the image.

Good to learn you are having a good experience with the Kenda’s, these are on my list when I am ready to replace the Ridge Grapplers that now have 17K miles. I don’t see many Kenda dealers around the 909.

My neighbor that works for Kenda set me up at La Sierra tires in Fontana. If and when you’re ready let me know, he can probably track down your tires locally.

Love the rig!! Brother you have saved me the headache that I’ve been asking all the major shops in SD ——> will my truck still have that “lift look” once I install the 6112/5160 combo on my 21’ TRD CM OffRoad.. and I get blank looks. Question do you add a new leads or add new UCAs ?? Shops down here said with the combo I need those changed out?!?!

Glad to help. I think you are asking, do you need to add a leaf in the rear and new Upper Control Arms in the front with my setup. If so, the answer is, no to both.

Front: Bilstein 6112 at 1.9” nothing else.
Rear: Bilstein 5160 with no lift in the rear.

Hope this is helpful, let me know if you have any other questions?

Definitely!!! Question, did you have much chopping to do with your tire and wheel setup? I plan on the same setup and hope there is t much rubbing.

None. I added the Coachbuilder bumper shims to give me the space I needed up front so my tires wouldn’t rub. Now I can anything with NO rubbing at all.

Yea, I kept the sway bar on. I don't do real aggressive off-road stuff so I kept them on. The Kings ride really well. The backones have the compression adjusters. Figured when I put the bikes in the back of the truck I stiffen them up a bit.

To my eye the my 2020 TRD Sport looks level stock. I was staying clear of any lifts, as I did have to park in a couple low ceiling parkades. I decided to completely retire now, so not an issue. Except for Toy money :(
