Currently have 6112/5160 at max setting (2.5" front), and 1" shackle out back.

Ordered new Fuel wheels 20x9, 1mm offset. Getting Tyger flares.

Tires I am looking at are
Scorpion All Terrain Plus - Size: 285/55R20

Apart from removing the forward front wheel mud flaps, any other concerns?

As reference I was looking at this truck with slightly taller but noticeably wider tires (320/520) and he claims slight rub in reverse with all mud flaps removed. Thinking I will fine.

The lift isn’t going to help much with the width issue. That seems like a low offset and with the rim and tire width you’re going to have about 2.5” of poke. I’m going to guess you might be heating and manipulating the front inner fender well some at full lock and may even need the bumper shim to move it forward.
