What method did you use? For the anytime fog lights.

I’ll ask the dumb question... did the bulb go out?

Or do you actually not have power going to the light?

I think the relay would affect both lights equally. Try and test power to a chassis ground point. Maybe ground wire for that light is bad.

I used a multimeter to test vdc. Tried pos and neg to plug to light. Also tried putting the ground of meter to the bumper maybe its a bad connection on the wire harness somewhete

The method i used to anytime fog lights was to bend the ground tab of relay 90 degress and directly wire it to chassis ground

Go buy a new relay and try it.

Check the wiring inside the fog light itself the harness that plugs to the bulb... Apples to oranges, my Celica had similar issues and it ended up being the wiring got either chewed up when I closed the housing, or was hit by something when it popped open... If its not that then do as stated by @xtyfighterx get a new relay.

The 2010s have 1 fog light relay for both fog lights. The relay output gets split in two at junction A36, near the glove box. Then they go to each fog light.
If there is no voltage to your right side fog light with a known good ground it's highly unlikely the relay is bad. It's also unlikely junction A36 is faulty. I'd suspect the pink wire (or the wire terminal) somewhere near the fog light has an open circuit.
