    Rough Country Level,
So, I just dropped off my truck back at the dealership to have the entire door repainted on my 2020 Sport.

Dealership had it 2 weeks ago, they either hit the door with something or opened the door into something and it had a nice pair of 2.5 in long scratches right in the middle of the door down to primer. They claim it must have been another cars door in the parking lot, but no way considering there was no skid entry marks going into the vertical scratches.

So what are the odds they get a match on the Cavalry Blue paint color? I'm thinking when I go pick it up the door is a darker shade than the rest of the truck. Grrrrrrr

your truck is pretty new so paint should still be close to factory color and less UV damage

They'll get your door matched up good... but then you'll have to get them to fix the new scratches in the tailgate or fender...

I hope they get you all taken care of and it looks like it never happened.

This is why I buy used vehicles, don't have to worry about scratches. Obviously I hope they fix yours well as I certainly wouldn't take a don't worry about it approach with a new vehicle.
