so yellow is your power supply on TT harness. then move blue from pin 3 to pin 7 for body ground. Take loose end and hook to power and ground on amp respectively.

pin 7 much heavier gauge wire than pin 9. my wires different color but i have a 2021. once i connect i will get amp pull and determine if we are overloading stock wire.

 

IM debating on getting that head unit... how do you like it?

 

So far I love it man. Really woke up the stock speakers and sounds awesome. Hence why I’m now trying to figure out the sub woofer lol. Install with the maestro was very easy. Only bummer is it won’t do screen mirroring for iPhone unless you hook up the HDMI and get the hdmi to lightning adapter. It will do it for android wirelessly. It does do Apple car play wirelessly which is awesome. The UI is not impressive though. Feels like it’s still behind. Some of the 500 Amazon stereos have a way more impressive UI.

 

for a 1200 dol radio it should have the most advanced UI to date... really makes me second guess getting it

 

I’m right there with you. I was kinda bummed. Everything else feels quality though.

 

Do you still have any questions on this install? I can help, I have did this install twice 2 different Tundra and have not had any issues you are experiencing what so ever. The plug N play harness for the amp requires nothing except plugging it in. One of the 2 capped off wires is a signal power for another amp installation. I don't have the Yellow (Constant 12v) hooked up and the amp works fine. The TT amps use the wiring from the radio harness to turn them on.

If you have any question please just list them in order and i will help as much as i can. I have the Plug N Play harness, the TXD 3402v3 (4CH)and the TXD 10001 (Mono Sub Amp) all hooked up to the Plug N Play harness and mounted to the TT amp rack. It took my about an hour to install.

Did you text the number for TT support as well. I called and hung up, as i figured out my issue, and they called my right back and left a message.
