I have a 2015 Platinum crewmax. I have replaced the headlight assembly with new TRDpro blackout LEDs from Sparks parts. I bought the harness from Headlight revolution. They seemed to work fine for a few months until I suddenly realized the DLRs would start to flicker then turn off. It starts with the passenger side flickering then off. Then the driver side doing the same. This seems to only happen when the headlights are on. I almost always have them on AUTO mode. I have read on here that it may be a relay. I would be grateful if anyone has a solution. I am up in the snowy northeast if that helps or matters. Thanks.

    Did you figure this out?
This just started happening to me after a month of replacing them.

A fellow member @iHacker sells the harnesses and told me to try and take everything apart and coat all the electrical connections with electric diode grease and see if this solves the problem. He thinks water may have got into the connections. I have also saw on here it could be some type of amp issue. I am going to try his suggestion with the grease as soon as the weather breaks here in Massachusetts. It does not happen when the running lights are on in the day time. I am also going to give a call to headlight revolution and see what they say. Hopefully some other members can chime in on this topic.

It probably is water then. We just got rain here in Southern California and it started doing it right after. I’ll try the electrical grease hopefully it fixes it.
