    I can either spend money like this [OPTION ONE]: Bilstein 5100s and Falken Wildpeaks [LT285/75/18], and bug deflector [another little, MUST HAVE for me].

    Or OPTION TWO, I could Line-X my bed [tragically, the truck came without it, sigh] and buy a high-quality, retractable tonneau cover and a few other smaller odds and ends. [I might just go with a bed mat to save money for a while. This is a horrible idea, right?--cuz it will make my bed rust badly? I don't know, I've never had a bed mat before. Anyone know?]

    Or OPTION THREE, get a DECKED system and a tonneau.

    Congrats on joining the SSM crew! From your options, I’d say if you use your bed often ... go with #2 first. Put some miles on the Bilstein 4600s and stock tires since you already paid for those.

    Bedliner is being put on 12/28: so, I agree, it is a practical necessity.

    Plus, I'm getting a Gator tri-fold tonneau.

    Putting on a chrome bug deflector.

    Bilstein 5100s are on eternal backorder right now, so ... whatever ... I'm just going to drive it like this for a while.

    Those will be one Wednesday: and absolutely agreed. Black TUNDRA on the tailgate really pops; it's a MUST HAVE for me, even if it's a little thing.

    And window tint up front: that really needs to happen.

    Yeah, they look good also, I think: I like a little BLACK mixed in, but predominantly CHROME [shock, horror, gasp, "How could you, you beast?"] on the Silver Sky's. I think they look good blacked out too.

    275/70r18 Cooper AT3 XLT on SCS Ray 10s, Eibach Coilovers, DD 12" Exhaust, AJT Blackout Kit, Truxedo Pro X15, paint match/chrome delete.
    Got my wheels and tires installed today. Looks strikingly similar to @Piki 's truck, although he has some extra gear installed.
    He must be a very smart and talented individual! I have some custom bed decals coming to set it apart.
    PS, why is this not a sticky thread like the other colors?

    So I did figure out that if you go to a subforum like Performance and Tuning, there's a listing of stickies for things like Intakes, Regrearing, and Exhausts...

    What I did for linking to my own videos was to just create a YouTube account and then link to those videos in posts. I imagine that there is likely another method, but that's how I've done it.

    The mods can make it a sticky thread. There is a group of threads above the normal threads that are stickies, and all the other color threads are in there, but for whatever reason the SSM thread isn't. I think only the OP can request that, so we'd need @r4z0r51o to do that if he so desires. It doesn't change anything, just makes it easier to find this thread if it goes inactive for a while. Otherwise it starts dropping down the list of active threads.
