For those of you running one of the DD exhaust systems, did the exhaust change any in tone or loudness after it was installed and run for a while?

On other vehicles where I changed exhaust I noticed it would get a little louder and deeper after several thousand miles. Much of that can depend on how the exhaust is designed, packing material in the muffler ect.

So, what about the DD standard systems- any change in volume or tone once it has been run on the truck a few thousand miles?

There is no packing material to wear out in a DD system... mine has been on the truck for about a year, and I think the tone is a little deeper, but that could be to the addition of a longer resonator.

All exhausts will change slightly over time.
