OEM Wheels?

Can anyone tell me if these are OEM wheels and if so then what kind? Are they alloy or steel? Seller says they are takeoffs from a 2020 Tundra. Tires are 255/70R18.

 

Those should just be the TRD off road wheels. Normally they have chrome in then but I have seen them all black originally too. They should be alloy and 18" with a +50mm offset I believe.

they are 2017-2018 trd pro rims or Just trd offroad wheels powder coated black.

if that powdercoating is factory, it wasn’t offered in 2020

Yeah just you lucky dogs with the tss wheels get the 9 inch width right?

 

I believe they are 9" wide.

Don't TRD wheels have the TRD letters not the Toyota logo on the center cap?

 

Most of the TRD Off Road wheels I've seen have the Toyota logo, but it could vary by location and dealership too

 

I think there are some packs that come with the blacked out wheels but standard SR5 center caps.

 

I have them on my sr5 SX package

 

Those are most likely off the SX trim. Those are the smaller Bridgestone tires that were used on the SR, SR5 models

I am looking to replace my 20" Platinum wheels and want to go black. These are half the cost of TRD Pro wheels.

 

They're almost certainly TRD Off-Road takeoffs that were powdercoated. I don't think I've ever seen anyone take off the TRD Pro center caps and replace them with the basic Toyota logo, plus if they're cheapish then they most likely aren't Pro wheels. That said, you're right in that they look exactly like Pro wheels and 99% of people can't tell the difference, and only then if they get up close and inspect them. I bought a set of brand new takeoffs and had them powdercoated for about $500 all-in.

So many Variations of this wheel. The PRO, as I understand, has the red TRD ctr caps. I've been studying this set up as I am putting together 2017 "PRO" replicas from my set of standard "Off Road" 18's. Powder coated gunmetal matte and re badged with red TRD centre caps from ebay, with 35" Toyo's.
