Is the body lean more pronounced with a 38 gal fuel tank as opposed to the 26? One package/model worse than others?

From everything that I have read, here on Tundras.com, the lean is about the same for either fuel tank, save when the tanks are fully loaded, and even then, the disparity between the two is negligible. I have the 38 gallon tank and when full, my lean is a little over a half inch with me NOT in the vehicle.
