CMB, looking at your rear bumper, it is like mine, how did you install the led’s on the outside on each side, and where did you get them???

There are slots in the bedsides to slide in a wood board for just that reason.

They're Ridgid Surface mount LED's. I've had 'em for several years, so hard to say what replaces them now. Measured 10 or 12 times before making the first cut, then just went with it! Metal blade hole-saw really helped. Ridgid supplies all the wire, switch, gaskets and harness to make it as easy as possible. I didn't hook 'em into the reverse lights. I used the switch for the dash.0423161158.jpg This is an old pic but it shows the switches. The right one is for the Fogs in front. They're Ridgid's too with Amber covers.0507150511.jpg 0110161443.jpg

This turned out nice! Made the doors feel stout, improved the tunes, and reduced road noise. I can’t believe I never did this sooner! Sound dampening is a must do..and isn’t difficult just takes a little time. This box did all 4 doors and the back of the cab.
    D1123F37-D7F5-431D-9C31-6E6B07E2BC6F.jpg

And installed these while the doors were off. 6x9’s were a tight fit! Door panel needed trimming, and the magnet is on the window guide! Probably should have found some shallower 6x9’s?
