Dose anybody know if a oil leak could be coming from anything but the rear main or the bracket around the rear main seal definitely from inside the bell housing

Do you have leak around here? I was told this is main seal barely seeps. I was quoted a pretty high number to fix it. I'm gonna wait till it starts actually dripping but it's been like this for 100k miles atleast

They are trying to tell me that it may have been hit in the left rear before and though off the crank just enough to cause a leak. Aka they what to charge me more and they say they can’t find out till they pull it stupidest stuff I have ever heard
