Glove Box Lid Disassembly (Latch)

    1794 on the inside - PRO on the outside
    Has anyone taken apart the inner and outer glove box assembly?

    Im not talking about taking the glove box door off. It looks like the 2 parts are sandwiched together, I am trying to gain access to the area where there is a connection rod for the glove box door latch and lock components.

    It feels like they can be pried apart, maybe its the standard Toyota such clips.

    Has anyone taken this area part, any input would help.
