I have a 2020 Tundra SR5 with 5.7L and complete tow package (transmission cooler and trailer brake control) and suspension is stock. I use a WDH (Husky). I pull a 5,400 lbs travel trailer (dry weight), well within the Tundra's towing capacity. My problem is that my rear end drops significantly when I add the trailer. Is there a cure ??

That's the reason your truck has rake, so it's level when towing.

Last time I loaded it up with River Rock, I watched it go down, down, down. I still had lots of clearance compared to when I loaded up our Sienna and trailer.

And yup, if you tow or load your bed, keep at least some rake if you don't want nose up.

Here is the first time I loaded up our stock tundra with our 3500+ trailer and wdh.

with a WDH you will see some drop but it should not be bad with a big drop in just the rear, so adjust the WDH?

How much drop are we talking about?

Trans cooler- did you add one? The 2020s do not have them from the factory.

Don't want to sound like a jerk but that's the job of the WDH...you shouldn't have that much drop unless you are using it incorrectly.

Are you using the correct bars on the WDH for the weight of your trailer?
Are you following the proper set up procedure for the WDH?

Or you can try loading your trailer a little differently so you don't have as much tongue weight?

My trailer's tongue weight is 550 lbs (dry weight), but 750 lbs loaded. My trailer dry weight is 5,500 lbs and loaded weight is 6,500 lbs. Get a good WDH, and firestone air bags. I run 40 psi in the air bags , when loaded.
This is my setup. Tows great.
