    My back seat is folded down and doesn’t want to come back up I think there is something stuck on the bottom of the seat, how do I loosen the seat to see what’s holding it from folding it back up

    Maybe try to unbolt from the floor to check under it. Or try to remove the black plastic off rear of seat , maybe something got disconnected. (Sorry if not much help, I have not encountered this issue)

    Might be dumb and maybe you've tried it. But try placing pressure on the back of the seat downward while unlatching the lock?
