Road armor, worst customer service!

I ordered a road armor rear bumper approximately a month ago. First, they over charged me and when I called they want a 15% restocking fee if I cancel, but to make the deal they offered a free grill, and only charge me $100 instead of $200 for the shipping....a month later I get charged $200 again for shipping(in edition to the $100) without explanation.. now I'm waiting to hear back from their 3rd sales rep since I been dealing with them.

 

Dispute it with your credit card company, you won't be paying interest on it while it's still on your statement. Probably a faster way to get it removed also.

 

Charcoal or propane? Or did you mean diamond encrusted gold teefs?

WOW! I was about to pull the trigger on one of these after an entire fiasco with Amazon & XPO Shipping for an Iron Cross bumper. The shipping company thought I had to accept a rear bumper for a Ram when I ordered a Tundra front. Ordered around the first of Oct and just received the refund today after XPO fought with me about whether I would accept a 3rd delivery of the same Ram 1500 rear bumper.

Just cancel the order and get your money back.

 

I had a road armor front bumper on my 2010. I emailed them to ask about which winches would fit, and the reply was short and rude. I never even considered them when looking for my 2018.

 

I cancelled the order with Amazon and am now looking at a local company for a front bumper. MetalTech4x4. About the same price as C4, but local to my area. Looked at Victory but 12+ weeks, everyone seems to be taking money and has long waits outside of the Amazon and E-Bay stuff.

 

I mean, that's the scene right now. Manufacturers are super backed up due to demand and labor regulations. The only companies able to keep stock are the shady ones. Of course they are going to take money, it's a business. They won't stop taking orders if they don't need to.

 

Update, so I finally got the bumper, but there's a hardware to install it. Spoke with a rep(funny they just know it's me when I'm calling now) and he said they'll mail it out....still waiting.

Btw, they couldn't refund me the original overcharge, but instead sent me $100 back and said they will "take care" of me if I decide to purchase anything else, lol.
