Just got a new 2021 1794, gave my wife her fob, and she hung it on her purse. Unfortunately,, SOMEHOW the button got pressed and now it's gone. We think it was in Walmart--but-- nothing was found there. Now we need another,, can anybody make a good suggestion on how to replace this, as cheap as possible,,,,, thanks

Fwiw, Its not the cheapest route, but I just had a new fob (and key) for my 2020 made by the dealer.. I somehow recall the key being extra and a separate part from the fob. Both cost +/-$320 with the reprogram.

I had Carmax lose one of my keys for my daughter's KIA. It cost them $570 to replace it from the dealership. I bet it will cost some change. I wonder if you could buy one on Amazon and have a local (licensed) locksmith to program it. I know that I did it with my 2015 DC a couple of years back. I got a mobile locksmith to come out, program & cut the fob for $65. The dealership wanted $175 if I provided the key blank/fob.
