Blower Motor issues

    I just replaced the blower motor on my 08 Tundra after hearing the whirring noise from the old one. The new one is still making a similar noise. I bought the new motor from an auto parts store. Does anyone have an idea what the issue and/or fix might be for this? Thanks!
