2003 Tundra TRD SR5

I have a 2003 TRD SR5 step side that needs a turn signal bulb replaced. I can't find a video or discussion that shows how to do it. I've searched in the truck bed for bolts to remove the fixture. All videos I find show two bolts underneath the tailgate, but my Tundra does not have these bolts. Anyone have a suggestion?
