    My supercharged Sequoia just started making a squeaking noise. It increases with RPM and typically goes away after you’ve drive for about 30 min. First video is mine. Second is one that sounds exactly like mine. Doesn’t sound like marbles so I don’t think it’s the coupler. I’m thinking either the supercharger pulley or the idler pulley below it. What do you guys think? About 130k on the blower itself.

    You have belt noise. Multiple possible causes. Take the belt off and check for play / wear / resistance to turn on all pulleys. Check tensioner for proper tension and be sure it doesn't have lateral movement. Belt should be checked for stretch also.

    Which belt are you using?

    Edit: Gatorback seems to be the best based on what I've read. I'm running the Dayco belt that came with my Magnuson. About 10K miles so far and no issues.

    Ya, I vote for it being either the tensioner or the idler pulley.

    Picked up a belt tensioner today from Advanced Auto. Ordered the Dayco because it’s supposed to be what the OEM ones are. I was given a Litens with a Dayco part number on the box. Has anyone seen something like this before?

    Never heard of them, but I guess they're worldwide. For what that's worth.

    Not sure if that was interpreted correctly. Belt noise does not automatically mean Belt issue. Yes it probably needs one either way but you need to take the thing off and check all of the pulleys. Don't waste your money on an after-market crap get an oem tensioner if it does need one but check it first. These are not a common failure on that year model but the blower does add extra Demand on it. There's an idler pulley built into a tensioner and then there's another idler above AC compressor. Seen plenty of issues with alternator is having internal bearing issues as well. This is not a throwaway question out to a bunch of guys type of situation and get a answer you need to take a belt off and check everything or you could end up putting a new belt on that with a problem still present and end up glazing stretching damaging the new belt.

    @Ace402 did you get it sorted out? forgot to mention that 2 of the 3 idler pulleys were replaced in the last year, the 3rd one wasn't squealing so i waited to replace it. they started making noise for me after the fist significant rains last year in Socal.

    let me know!

    Thanks JB! I went ahead replaced all three and she’s running silent now.
