I recently purchased a used 2019 Toyota Tundra SR5 4WD 5.7l Flex fuel, the previous owner had the back cat's removed and performance exhaust installed. I have been getting a p013A rich to lean B1S2 code. Took it to the dealership and they want 4K to replace everything back to factory. What are other options are available?

Yeah, Cats are not cheap. My only experience with these types of things would be from the WRX, and changing the way the engine breathed required a tune to get it running right. Not sure if it's the same on the tundra. You might try asking Keith @dirtydeeds as he is the exhaust guru.

Also, brace for a bunch of "Welcome" posts that don't answer your question.

Yes the rear O2 sensors are in the stock locations, only other modification was leveling kit, wheels and tires. I swapped the rear O2 sensors this weekend and cleared the code trying to see if the code would move but it still came back as p013a. I did notice today when researching replacement sensors (NTK and Denso) that the rear sensors are not alike. NTK makes the front AF sensors and only the drivers side (B1S2) rear O2 sensor, Denso makes both front AF sensors and only the passenger (B2S2) rear O2. This seems odd to me. @SKB

When I put headers on my 2010, I got an o2 simulator and had nothing but problems. I bought some cats off Amazon and had a local shop weld them in. See if a local exhaust shop can weld some in for you to fix it. It’ll be a lot cheaper than $4k.
