Does anyone knows what is the difference between those 2 Bed Deviders: Toyota PT767-34200 vs PT767-35162.
Dealership list PT767-34200 as one for Tundra and PT767-35162 as one for Tacoma, but some people say they are interchangeable and would work on both?

Can't imagine they would both work. Different bed widths and depths.

    Tacoma one is too small.

This is what I thought too, Tundra is 69.5" above the wheelwells and Tacoma is what, 59-61" (saw both numbers on the web, not sure which is right).
