I had a wreck recently and after it being fixed they only replaced one headlight in my tundra.. well the other headlight is very foggy and doesn’t match at all with the new one.. I do have self leveling lights but I’ve never used that feature Since I’ve had the truck. Would it be ok for me to put a non self leveling headlight on instead of the kind my truck came with? Would it be compatible?

Yes. The levelers are a motor on the headlight assembly and a wire plug. You'll just have an unused plug and a rotary switch on the dash that'll do nothing.
