    Machine down! :(

    Was working fine all morning, moved across the shop, no more worky. No tripped fuses or breakers. Nothing looks cooked inside. The switch has been iffy for awhile though. We had an identical unit not being used so I went to try it out while we order a switch for mine. It no worky. Now I'm swapping switches to see if that's the problem with my unit.

    3rd hat worn today. Welder, pipefitter, now electronics tech. I don't get paid near enough for this...

    I just now got time to get online. We got up this morning at about 8 and I had to help my wife with her bath, her hair, her makeup, getting dressed, finish cooking our parts for Thanksgiving (bacon-wrapped green beans, two pumpkin pies with my homemade crust, and homemade mashed potatoes), and get us over to Pensacola to my brother-in-law's house for turkey day. I think I'm more ready for my wife to heal than she is!

    I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, that you ate just enough to be perfectly stuffed, and that you made some family memories!

    She is actually doing a lot better than I expected one week out. She still has periods with a lot of pain, and the brace makes doing pretty much everything a major ordeal, but she is now able to get up and move about on her own, only needing help in certain situations. She has learned how valuable the ice water machine is for her shoulder. I believe her biggest risk will be trying to do too much too soon. Intellectually she knows not to do that, but she is one VERY independent cuss and it's gonna be very hard for her to hold back.

    glad to hear your wife’s shoulder is healing. assisting with hair and makeup is a LOT harder than anything we have to do to get ready to go anywhere. No way I could do THAT every day (but I’m bald...)
