Able to garage your truck how important to you?

2nd season with the wife's mat, and no issues yet. This is the first year with one under my truck. We have paved aprons outside and rocks/stones are pressed into the tread and don't protrude enough to do any damage by the time the tires hit the mats.

 

Reason to park in garage.
Phoenix, AZ. 2020 Sun statistics. All records were broken by a mile.
Temp. Over 100 degrees = 144 days
Temp. Over 110 degrees = 53 days

New truck is always parked in garage. Had 2005 always parked in driveway and chrome pieces at base of all 4 windows were replaced twice in 12 years. Waxed truck once a year but when sold roof and hood were sunbeaten to hell. This of course has nothing to do with subject when you get into truck at 3pm you better be going on a 30 mile trip or the a/c will never catch-up. Yes, a/c always blew 42 - 46 degrees. Another Toyota plus, their a/c compressors also last forever.
