I've got a 2007 Tundra Limited Double Cab that I will be giving my son as soon as I find a new Tundra (used) for myself.
    2 questions:
    1) All 4 power locks have stopped working on my 2007 truck, and that's too coincidental - I can't believe I need to replace all 4 motors...anyone else had this problem?
    2) My current Tundra is a Double Cab, and I love the full size bed, but I am wanting a sunroof on my new Tundra (used), and that's only avail. with CrewMax (shorter bed) - has anyone had both a full size bed & a shorter bed, and can compare the two? i feel like I'm gonna really miss that extra foot in the bed length...???

Welcome from the wet side of WA.

Define full size bed - the 8’ or the 6.5’?
How much do you use the bed vs how much do you want the sun roof? I went from a DC with 6.5’ bed to a CM with the 5.5’ and it takes a little to get used to. The extra cab space is great though, and I drive more with stuff in the cab than the bed most of the time. And 90% of my passengers are adults, so the extra rear leg room is nice.

Now if you’re coming from an 8’ bed, that 5.5’ is gonna be a drastic change.

It would be awesome if they made this truck in a CM with a 6.5’ bed. I remember an outfit building them on the Gen2...it was expensive. And I wouldn’t want to give up the turning radius that this truck gets either.

I carry a lot of hunting gear in cab. I prefer the extra cab space even though I rarely have passengers. I also like the sliding rear window.
