    My 2020 had these already when I bought it. Also has the clear film on the hood, each edge of the doors, and down near the wheel wells

    Isn't the paint protection film part of the P2 Vehicle Protection option applied by the port? If one 2020 has the door cups, and another doesn't, that may indicate an "execution error" (screwup) at the port. Or...possibly a running change if Toyota made the change. They look like a genuine PITA to install anyway. I would probably have to order three sets of six to get two installs that would meet my standards.
