So I removed the bar from our ‘18 TRD Off-Road. Traded in for a new 2021 white TRD PRO. Installed it on the PRO. 6BF28B7A-7E10-4BD8-81EB-8DB8BEB26598.jpg
Next photo you can kinda see the top of the left side U-bolt next to the cable bracket. Notice left edge of bushing at bottom of U-bolt at the bend of the Bar.714A5346-173A-4B2B-8D3B-3C799D3EC924.jpg
So far it drives fine and handles the road better, without a problem!

Check it in 100 miles. Mine does sit flush with the top of the factory leaf.

The U-bolt is slightly outboard compared to the right side due to that little bracket for the ABS sensor wire and is thusly nearer the bend of the sway bar. I don't see it should be an issue.

Mine had the sway bar when I installed the bracket extender. I grinded the left side of that bracket down because it was hitting that u bolt and I couldn't line up the bolt.
