Anyone know the differences between the rear bumpers on the LTD Trim w/or w/o the Rock Warrior pkg?

So I'm looking to replace the rear bumper on my 2007 LTD which is chrome and has the parking sensors. I'd like to avoid paying out the nose for a new chrome one from the factory, as I'll be having it sprayed with raptor liner tinted body-color anyways.

From what I've been able to find, it looks like there are aftermarket rear bumpers available which come in black (apparently for the rock warrior package) that have the holes for the sensors available at a reasonable price. Wondering if this will work with my Tundra with the LTD package that has the factory tow hitch?
