Vacuum leak on my power booster. Replaced power booster, adjusted threads, and replaced Master cylinder. Bled master cylinder on the bench. Over 300 strokes on the plunger. No air bubbles. Installed power booster and Master cylinder.Start bleeding brakes and all I get is air. All lines are tight on the master cylinder. All bleeder ports are tight except the one wheel cylinder I am bleeding. All I get is air!!!! Tried vacuum technique. Air! Pumping brakes did not work! Air! HELP

Does your truck have ABS? Our resident Toyota mechanic recently told me you may have to burp the ABS system. I just went through a similar thing when replacing my front brakes and I ended up taking it to a shop to have them pressure bleed the system.

Also, when you bled the system did you remember to start and the passenger rear and include the LSPV?

Try gravity bleeding to get it going. Open the cap on your MC reservoir. Put your tube on the bleeder, other end in a bottle, crack it open and wait. Fluid will start dribbling in eventually.

    No fluid at all, huh?
Try a different wheel and see what you get.

Are you getting air, or nothing at all? You may have a crushed/clogged line, a bad wheel cylinder, or a clogged lspv.
