Can someone give me an idea what to set my crossover to? I have 6.5 hertz in 4 doors and one 10 inch sub in the back. This is actually in my 04 tacoma.. I had it set once but somehow everything disappeared due to battery replacement...

This will get you started and plenty of information on the interweb...

Tweeters = 5000 Hz HPF; Midrange to Band-Pass = 500 Hz HPF and 5,000 Hz LPF respectively; Woofers to Band-Pass = 80 Hz HPF and 500 Hz LPF respectively; and subwoofers = 80 Hz LPF. 12 dB or 24 dB slope options can be used.

I'll add that although I am not familiar with your system you might try the sub crossing over at 65 dB to the mids instead. This may actually help the midbass response. Also , many find the 24 dB/octave slope of the EQ to be the best starting point as it minimizes phase issues in the crossover region.
