2014 tundra platinum

Hey guys. So my 14 tundra came with aftermarket HID’s. Now I need new bulbs but there are no numbers on the bulbs and I have no idea who the manufacturer of the kit is. I’ll post a couple pics. Any help would be deadly. Thanks

It looks like your truck had a retrofit for projectors. What info is on the ballast? I would just get some Morimoto bulbs from @Headlight Revolution.
