Anyone? Ran across this brand while getting the wife’s tires mounted for her 4Runner a few months back from a guy in a TRD Pro 4Runner.

I couldn't find any reliable long term reviews for this product but they are vendor over on the Tacoma world forums. The folks over there seem happy with the Tacoma version of the product. Thread for reference:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...starter-kit-at-mt-smart-module.568990/page-92

With aftermarket products like this, the quality of the product is half the picture, the installation is the other half were issues occur. This looks straight forward Plug n Play for your year Tundra so install shouldn't be an issue.

Me personally, I would prefer a Toyota OEM remote starter over this product even if the OEM version doesn't have cellphone remote start (which looks like an add on for the N2 product). This part may only work with the 2017s and below from what I can tell: PT398-34150 is the OEM SKU/Part # and looks like it may require PT398-34141 as well. One of the OEM Parts vendors here can help you to see if this is compatible with your vehicle and verify if the any other service or parts are required.

    Good luck

Thanks for the info on TW. I checked t4r.org and didn’t see them listed but forgot to check TW.
I’ll have to check that thread you linked tonight. I like that they have both systems I would need(4Runner & Tundra). I have already verified both key versions and just trying to decide if I would want to add the app for our phones. I also like the plug n play aspect along with gps tracking(app).

I was checking that out too for price comparison. I know James and his stuff is well regarded around here. I see that you can get the app for your phone too. I wonder if he has it for the 4Runner also.
