So I replaced my brakes and rotors
And now I have a wobble in my steering wheel

wobble is at like 30-40mph and then at 60

    no wobble when slowing down

I got my front tires balanced.
    Wobble is still there

    I do have wheel spacers.
I’m thinking I should take tire off. Take wheel spacers of and retorque them go speck. Also read that maybe the rotor wasn’t installed correctly? So should I just brake everything down again and re do it?

Anyone else go through this before?

Yes, start with that. It makes sense that if what you did initiated the problem, the wobble resulted from an error there. Stay safe!

Make sure all rust and corrosion is scraped off. Any bits can throw off your balance. Chuck the spacers.

    Are you using aftermarket wheels?

With aftermarket wheels I made a mistake once of not properly torque my lug nuts before putting the truck on the ground. I went to recheck them when the truck was on the ground and snugged them up, after a drive my truck was shaking like Shakira on the highway. I took the tires off the inspect things and when I put them back on I torqued them with the truck in the air, problem went away.

As others said, could be improperly centered wheels, possibly compounded due to wheel spacers.

The spacers need to be hub centric and the wheels need to either fit the hub centers perfect or use hub centric spacers. Spacers are available in both plastic and aluminum for fairly cheap if needed.
