I think the seat is pretty comfortable. Crank the lumbar up and I’m good to go

    no firmness to spongy?

Tundra seats are known to be stiff.

Yeah, my seats are super stiff. I'm looking for a good way to make them more comfortable that isn't some cheap pad that moves all around. After about an hour drive, it's like sitting on a board...

Toyota seats are pretty firm. But after 100k miles they will still be in good shape. Chevy has pretty cushy seats but after 50k miles they offer no support and by 100k they are falling apart.

If you want things to feel softer, maybe look for pillow top type seat covers for the front seats. And I 2nd the earlier suggestion, pumping up lumbar support a little really helps with the comfort of Tundra seats.
