Tec-stream why is this so hard to make it work on my Win 7 laptop

    For some reason I can't get a clean version of Tec-stream or is it the shity instructions? or the cable? I have a 2017 tundra and want to make a few changes - No seat belt chime - Disable the steering wheel and seat from moving stuff like that.:ballchain: :deadhorse: :help:
