    Supercharged, Rigid industries, fender flares, 2" old man lift, 20" fuel Mavericks, Goodyear Wrangler, JL Audio, rigid industries grill, tonneau bed cover, bed liner spray,
    Truck stalled at light exiting freeway- would not engage... tried turning off and on- would only click.. Had neighbor bring jump pack- nothing.. Towed to Toyota- found metal shavings in oil.. Then let me know they found out a piston blew.... Only 105k miles.. Owned her since she was born... Supercharger was put on as soon as they came out.. One of the first to have one on... Now they are telling me that's probly what caused it.. sweet
    Wondering where I can find the best deal on a used non flex fuel 5.7... thanks now for any responses! I'm new to this site...

    Junk yards should have a few, I don' know where your location is, but Rancho Cordova, CA has atleast a few Tundras and Sequoias in stock with 5.7s...

    When did you install the supercharger?

    It is my understanding that came out around 2008 for the 5.7.

    It was the first TRD SC for 3rd generation Tundra... Toyota installed the kit.. I live in MN... just got a few inches of snow too yesterday and already miss my truck...upload_2020-10-21_20-28-53.jpg

    I don't know if you will look to rebuild that engine, or if its rebuildable, but Monkey Wrench Racing has sleeves for the engine as well as other accessories... I've used them myself for my Celica parts, but they've recently expanded to the UR engine family, so they may be of some assistance... Like I said I've used them in the past and recently and they have good feedback, fast response times, quick shipping times and always helpful.. I've ordered parts and gotten gummy bears during this pandemic, which I thought was pretty funny, and uplifting at the same time, especially if you're having a hard time..

    I would look to source from any yards in Minneapolis or St.Paul. there has to be something around there. There is a lot of toyota dealers and vehicles sold

    I'd say it would...just the heads that might be different with the FFV stuff...regardless, should be the same block but at least "more refined" being newer...I have absolutely zero references to show but it seems that it "should" work...
