2015 Tudra...I replaced both actuators on both driver side and passenger side. watched numerous videos before ordering the parts or attempting. I really feel like I got everything right except. I cannot open either door from the inside. They both lock and unlock properly now with the key fob and with the door lock. But I cannot open them from the inside. I have to roll the window down to open them. Help..... Yes I did run the metal rod through the side hole of the actuator and yes I can open it from the outside. Just cannot open it from the inside.

You need to pull the door panels and check your cables.
Unless they SNAP into place, they can easily come out..
And make sure you connected the right cable to the right door handle part.
From what I remember the green one goes on the bottom.

It was the cables not clipped in good but it was at the actuator not on the handle. FYI that would have been a $50, 45 minute fix if I had clipped the cable in right the first time. Toyota quoted me about $500+ per door. THANKS!!!!
