Wiring back up display.

    Hi.
    I need help to understand how the back up camera works and where power comes first to the display or to the back up camera.
    A diagram is going to help too

    Ok , you are right ,sorry
    My grammar English is not so great but i hope i will make my self explanatory enough .
    So I replaced the JBL on my SR5 with this and i have some issues regarding factory’s back up camera.
    I don’t know what cable is the power in the harness for my overhead display to bring it behind the radio for my back up camera and overhead display.
    Was working before.. and then display was black i clean connections but still nothing and dealer wants $534 for that black/white display and is way to small anyway so i get this all good except3 thinks
    1.temp outside is always-51F
    2.TMPS for my trailer they never connect with the unit
    3.back up camera not connected bc of power i think
    Any help is going to make my day thank you in advance

    If that's the tesla style radio....button-less version I'm guessing then I'd join the Facebook group. There are many people on there that have had these issues and that's the best place for help in that regard. I have the style with the buttons on the sides and there were three different camera input locations on mine so I just had to figure out which was which because there were no directions. I have a front camera on mine, in addition to the rear factory one.

    And in your truck the back up/gps was on the original unit right?
