I bought my 08 2 weeks ago. Back up lights don't work.
    Fuses and bulbs are good.
Did a little research and found a backup switch on the tranny and backup light relay behind hvac controls.
Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it?
    Thanks

I had it happen on another vehicle - it was the switch in the transmission. On that one, for troubleshooting, you could verify either by testing switch continuity or jumpering the harness to see if the reverse lights came on. It was an easy fix on that vehicle, can't say on the Tundra.

I would side with this, a switch at the transmission, if everything else has been ruled out.
